The Endymed Intensif is the first FDA-cleared motorized microneedle RF technology on the market. It is powered by ENDYMED’s unique 3DEEP fractional RF technology. See the difference the Intensif, powered by 3DEEP, can make. Intensif treatments provide significant initial visible results, with continuous skin improvement, well after the completion of treatments.
What are the risks and adverse effects of Endymed 3Deep Skin Tightening? Rare adverse effects include swelling, blistering, infection, undesired pigmentation changes, and scarring. The therapy may reactivate pre-existing viral diseases such as shingles and herpes. EndyMed Intensif has rejuvenating qualities that will improve the skin’s surface with minimal downtime. You can resume normal activities once you have treated skin shortly after the procedure.
The combination of laser-like energy and the ability to treat deeper regions of the skin distinguishes Intensif RF Microneedling from conventional microneedling treatments. Because Intensif’s tiny, gold-plated needles require fewer passes per treatment, treatment times are reduced and patient comfort is improved. Patients will typically endure seven days of peeling, redness, potential bruising, and minor bleeding. Avoid cosmetic treatments during this time since they may have unfavorable side effects.
INDICATIONS
THE SCIENCE
Unique gold-plated needles, together with ENDYMED’s proprietary Fractionated Pulse Mode technology, generate more heat safely into the dermis for better collagen remodeling and require less passes per treatment for shorter treatment times and greater patient comfort. There is no bleeding or bruising.
Endymed Intensif treatments provide significant initial visible results, with continuous skin improvement, well after the completion of treatments.
ENDYMED’s 3DEEP technology is the most powerful and focused skin technology available today. Unlike Monopolar or Bipolar RF technology, which is more superficial and can often be painful or risky to the epidermis, 3DEEP delivers controlled energy to the depth of the dermis, ranging from 0.5 to 5mm and reaching 52°-55°C, with minimal epidermal heat.
THE TREATMENT
Patients’ skin is thoroughly cleansed in the office and coated with a local anesthetic for about an hour. The device is then gently rolled over the patient’s skin in multiple directions to ensure even coverage. Depth of penetration is determined according to facial or body site and to the issue to be addressed.
There is basically no downtime and there is no need for aftercare.
Treatment sessions are best done monthly for 3 to 5 times.
EndyMed employs proprietary technology to deliver radiofrequency radiation to the collagen within the dermis, or skin's surface, while causing no harm to the surrounding tissues or the dermis's outer layer. The radiofrequency technology utilized by the 3DEEP applicators is more regulated than previous radiofrequency methods, allowing the practitioner to deliver focused energy to the collagen. It employs a number of bipolar radiofrequency electrodes. EndyMed's 3DEEP Skin Tightening and Contouring applicators regulate energy flow between specific sets of electrodes using a carefully built algorithm. The skin's natural healing process takes effect and allows for a rapid recovery following treatment.
This is a laser treatment which stimulates your skin's natural healing process in order to reduce the appearance of fine lines and encourage facial tightening.
Improving skin elasticity is the primary goal. When you schedule an appointment with Greenwich Dermatology, you will experience smoother skin at a reasonable cost.
EndyMed is a combination procedure that offers both microneedling and deep heat to tighten the skin, minimize dark spots and scars, and improve its texture.
While needles and deep heat sound painful, the skin is heated gradually. The true effects of EndyMed Intensif come from the heat penetrating the deeper layers of the skin. This provides greater and longer-lasting skin regeneration.
There are no activity limitations after EndyMed but it is generally recommended to stay out of the sun, wear protective clothing, and use sunscreen if you must go outside. People should expect some redness, bruising, and peeling for about seven days after the procedure, but this is normal and will subside.
Since EndyMed is already a combination procedure, it is not recommended to add another modality to the same session. It is also best to avoid other cosmetic procedures of any kind in the week following your EndyMed session.
